Automatically process and categorize legal requests gathered from email, chat, forms, or other systems with the use of NLP. Free text like email subjects or body, chat streams, and more can be analyzed to understand key details of the request like request type, area of law, due date, etc. (NLP for request type shown in the module template). Reduce the need for paralegals, legal operations, or attorneys to manually read and triage each individual legal request.
